ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SALE
This Electronic Signature Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the customer (“Customer,” “You,” or “Buyer”) and [Hair Kare N Beauty, LLC] (“Company,” “We,” or “Seller”), collectively referred to as the “Parties,” on the date of execution as provided below.
1. INTRODUCTION

You agree that these electronic communications are legally equivalent to paper communications.
6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
You have the right to withdraw consent to electronically sign this Agreement at any time prior to completing the transaction by discontinuing the purchase process. Once the purchase is completed and the transaction is processed, withdrawal of consent is not possible.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
